*Quinoa, Long Bean, Chickpea, & Feta Salad

Organic soaked quinoa, organic soaked chickpeas, long green beans, organic sunflower seeds, organic fresh dill, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic fresh-squeezed lemon, organic coriander, organic cumin seeds, organic fennel seeds, organic white wine vinegar, organic dijon, and celtic sea salt.

Brunch Enchiladas

Organic, local & pastured eggs, organic non-homogenized grass-fed heavy cream, organic raw cheddar cheese, local & pastured ground breakfast sausage, organic green onions, organic green bell peppers, organic sour cream, celtic sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper wrapped in organic flour tortillas, and covered in organic raw cheddar cheese.

*Roasted Butternut Squash Soup

Made with Roasted Organic Butternut Squash (fresh, never canned), Organic Yellow Onion, Organic Celery, Organic Garlic, Garden Fresh Organic Sage, Organic Grassfed Butter, Homemade Pastured Chicken Stock, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Celtic Sea Salt. All of these ingredients are pureed into a smooth Butternut Squash Soup which takes minutes to re-warm on the stove top, and is great topped with a dollop of sour cream and/or parmesan cheese (optional). Packaged in glass mason jars and sold by the pint or quart. This soup freezes well and can be purchased in quantity and frozen for easy, quick meals on busy evenings.

*Chicken & Black Bean Burrito Bowl Filling

Local & pastured shredded chicken, slow simmered in homemade chicken stock with organic tomatoes, organic traditionally soaked black & pinto beans, organic rice, organic onions, organic garlic, organic cilantro, organic corn, organic green onions, organic cumin, organic oregano, celtic sea salt, and freshly ground organic black pepper.  This Burrito filling is great on it's own served in bowls or can be used in flour or corn tortillas.  Optional topping ideas include shredded cheese, lettuce, sour cream, salsa, and/or avocado.

Wild-caught Shrimp (with local Andouille sausage -- optional) in an organic tomato-cream sauce simmered with organic onion, organic garlic, homemade chicken stock, pastured organic butter, and organic herbs & spices (paprika, cayenne, thyme, oregano, celtic sea salt, & freshly ground black pepper).  Serve over organic grits (included).  Top with grated parmesan, fresh parsley, and/or sliced scallions if desired.

Local, Pastured, and Organic Eggs

Fresh eggs from free-range hens raised in the Old Fourth Ward.  Joaquin Lara raises 25 hens in his large O4W backyard.  The hens have free range of grass, sunlight, bugs, and a supplemental feed by Countryside Naturals which is organic, non-GMO, and soy-free.   His flock is a mix of Barred Rocks, Araucanas, Rhode Island reds & whites, Leghorns, and Orpingtons so these eggs are a variety pack of colors.  Nutrient-desnse AND beautiful!

Please return mason jars in order to keep packaging costs down, they will be sanitized before re-use.  Egg cartons are also helpful if they're clean enough to be re-used.  Thank you!
