*Chili con Carne

Grass-fed Chuck Roast cubed and slow simmered into a traditional Mexican chili/stew combo.  Organic onions, organic garlic, ancho chiles, organic tomatoes, organic cilantro, and organic spices (cumin, allspice, cinnamon, oregano, freshly ground pepper), and celtic sea salt.

An Indian chicken dish with local, pastured chicken (white meat), organic tomato puree, organic onions, organic garlic, organic ginger, organic cilantro, organic & grass-fed Super Kalona brand whole milk yogurt, Napa Valley Naturals brand organic extra virgin olive oil, organic cilantro, and organic spices (cumin, coriander, cayenne, garam masala, and celtic sea salt).

Chocked full of flavorful organic veggies, organic beans - a hearty and delicious soup that's perfect during fall months.  Leeks, onions, garlic, carrots, cabbage, tomatoes, Napa Valley brand organic extra virgin olive oil, red kidney beans, garbanzo beans, and hominy simmered in organic homemade vegetable and chicken stock with celtic sea salt and organic black peppercorns.  Fresh, homemade organic pesto stirred into this soup at the very end.

Fresh eggs from free-range hens raised in the Old Fourth Ward.  Joaquin Lara raises 25 hens in his large O4W backyard.  The hens have free range of grass, sunlight, bugs, and a supplemental feed by Countryside Naturals which is organic, non-GMO, and soy-free.   His flock is a mix of Barred Rocks, Araucanas, Rhode Island reds & whites, Leghorns, and Orpingtons so these eggs are a variety pack of colors.  Nutrient-desnse AND beautiful!

$6 per Dozen (Limited Quantities Available Weekly)
Duck Eggs which are occasionally available as well for $7

Please return mason jars in order to keep packaging costs down, they will be sanitized before re-use.  Egg cartons are also helpful if they're clean enough to be re-used.  Thank you!
