Organic coconut milk, homemade chicken stock, fresh lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, organic mushrooms, Red Boat fish sauce, and organic cilantro with thinly sliced local, pastured chicken.

*Mediterranean Lamb & Lentil Stew

Pastured Lamb, organic lentils, organic onion, organic carrots, organic chopped tomatoes, organic spinach, and organic garlic simmered in homemade chicken stock and spiced with organic homegrown thyme, organic sage, organic basil, organic cumin, organic lemon, and celtic sea salt.

Local, pastured chicken simmered with homemade chicken stock, organic peppers (cubanelles, poblanos, and jalepenos), organic vegetables (onions, garlic, cilantro, tomatillos), apple cider vinegar, raw local honey, cumin, celtic sea salt, and organic freshly ground black pepper.  Serve over organic white rice.

Lasagna with Vegetarian Marinara OR Meat Sauce

Organic lasagna noodles baked with homemade organic marinara (vegetarian) or pastured meat sauce (ground beef & ground pork), organic whole milk ricotta cheese, organic cottage cheese, and organic mozzarella.  Other ingredients include:  Celtic Sea Salt, freshly ground organic black pepper, organic fresh basil, organic onion, organic garlic, and organic nutmeg, and pastured egg yolks

Vegetarian: $38 per pan (6-8 servings)
Meat Sauce:  $46 per pan (6-8 servings)
*Pollo Arrosto (Lemon & Rosemary Chicken)

Very flavorful oven-roasted local, pastured chicken marinated in organic, extra virgin olive oil, organic freshly chopped rosemary, organic thinly sliced garlic, organic lemon, organic red crushed pepper flakes, celtic sea salt, & organic freshly ground black pepper.  Meal comes with organic white or brown rice, and organic green beans sautéed with shallots. 

$22 for 4 pieces (2 thighs & 2 drumsticks, rice, & green beans)

Local, Pastured, and Organic Eggs  **temporarily unavailable**

Fresh eggs from free-range hens raised in the Old Fourth Ward.  Joaquin Lara raises 25 hens in his large O4W backyard.  The hens have free range of grass, sunlight, bugs, and a supplemental feed by Countryside Naturals which is organic, non-GMO, and soy-free.   His flock is a mix of Barred Rocks, Araucanas, Rhode Island reds & whites, Leghorns, and Orpingtons so these eggs are a variety pack of colors.  Nutrient-desnse AND beautiful!

Please return mason jars in order to keep packaging costs down, they will be sanitized before re-use.  Egg cartons are also helpful if they're clean enough to be re-used.  Thank you!
