*Chilaquiles Prepared with Local and Pastured Chicken  

A TPK favorite.  Prepared Mexican-style as a casserole with layers of Food for Life Brand organic sprouted corn tortillas, organic cheddar & jack cheese, organic chicken and organic soaked pinto Beans simmered in an organic tomato cream sauce, which also contains organic jalapeno, green chilis, organic cilantro, homemade chicken stock, celtic sea salt, and organic spices (adobo, cumin, & oregano).  Excellent as left-overs as well. This is delivered as an unbaked casserole -- Read the cooking Instructions Here.
Dish is great topped with sour cream &/or sliced avocado (optional).

*Thai Beef with Basil

Grass-fed ground beef stir-fried in organic coconut oil with organic basil, organic carrots, organic garlic, organic green onions, organic red chilies, homemade gelatin-rich chicken stock, and organic shallots.  The stir-fry is then dressed with organic, gluten-free tamari, Red Boat brand traditionally fermented fish sauce, and freshly squeezed organic limes.  Thai beef is great on it's own, over rice, or served in lettuce leaves.

*Local and Pastured Chicken & Organic Soaked Black Bean Bowls 

Local & pastured shredded chicken, slow simmered in homemade chicken stock with organic tomatoes, organic traditionally soaked black & pinto beans, organic rice, organic onions, organic garlic, organic cilantro, organic corn, organic green onions, organic cumin, organic oregano, celtic sea salt, and freshly ground organic black pepper.  This Burrito filling is great on it's own served in bowls or can be used in flour or corn tortillas. Optional topping ideas include shredded cheese, lettuce, sour cream, salsa, and/or avocado.

Organic carrots slow roasted and slightly caramelized, organic fresh ginger, organic yellow onions, organic garlic, Napa Valley brand organic extra virgin olive oil, organic celtic sea salt, simmered in an organic homemade chicken broth.  Freezes well. GAPS Diet approved.

Greek Wheat Berry Salad (with optional shrimp)

Organic soaked wheat berries tossed with organic grape tomatoes, organic cucumber, organic garlic, organic mint and basil, chopped kalmata olives, feta cheese, extra virgin olive oil, organic lemon zest, celtic sea salt, and fresh ground organic black pepper.

Add chopped Wild-Caught Shrimp for an additional $5 per pint or $9 per quart (Chopped shrimp is mixed into the salad.)

Would you like to add vegetable side dishes to your TPK entree?  Now you can choose from pints of organic buttered peas, organic buttered corn, organic buttered baby lima beans, or organic cooked baby carrots.  Kerrygold grass-fed butter, celtic sea salt.

Local, Pastured, and Organic Eggs  **unavailable during winter**

Fresh eggs from free-range hens raised in the Old Fourth Ward.  Joaquin Lara raises 25 hens in his large O4W backyard.  The hens have free range of grass, sunlight, bugs, and a supplemental feed by Countryside Naturals which is organic, non-GMO, and soy-free.   His flock is a mix of Barred Rocks, Araucanas, Rhode Island reds & whites, Leghorns, and Orpingtons so these eggs are a variety pack of colors.  Nutrient-desnse AND beautiful!

Please return mason jars in order to keep packaging costs down, they will be sanitized before re-use.  Egg cartons are also helpful if they're clean enough to be re-used.  Thank you!
