Organic soaked quinoa, organic soaked chickpeas, long green beans, organic sunflower seeds, organic fresh dill, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic fresh-squeezed lemon, organic coriander, organic cumin seeds, organic fennel seeds, organic white wine vinegar, organic dijon, and celtic sea salt.

Stuffed Shells with Tomato-Basil Marinara

Organic whole milk ricotta, organic mozzarella, and organic cottage cheese mixed with local, pastured, organic eggs, organic minced garlic, organic freshly ground nutmeg, celtic sea salt, and organic freshly ground black pepper stuffed into over-sized pasta shells and topped with a homemade organic tomato-basil marinara sauce.

*Roasted Organic Butternut Squash Soup

Made with roasted organic butternut squash, organic onions, organic leeks, organic celery, organic garlic, fresh organic sage, Kerrygold brand grass-fed butter, homemade chicken broth, Napa Valley brand organic extra virgin olive oil, and Celtic sea salt pureed into a smooth butternut squash soup which takes minutes to re-warm on the stove top.  Also great topped with sour cream and/or parmesan cheese (optional).  Freezes well when transferred to a non-glass container.

*Pork Pernil with Cilantro-Lime Aji 

Puerto Rican-style slow cooked pork shoulder (local, pastured) slow-cooked with organic onion, organic garlic, organic oregano, organic chili powder, white wine vinegar, organic lime, celtic sea salt, and organic freshly ground black pepper.  Top with homemade aji sauce (organic cilantro, organic lime, organic garlic, organic jalepeno, organic extra virgin olive oil, and celtic sea salt).

Would you like to add vegetable side dishes to your TPK entree?  Now you can choose from pints of organic buttered peas, organic buttered corn, organic buttered baby lima beans, or organic cooked baby carrots.  Kerrygold grass-fed butter, celtic sea salt.

Local, Pastured, and Organic Eggs  **temporarily unavailable**

Fresh eggs from free-range hens raised in the Old Fourth Ward.  Joaquin Lara raises 25 hens in his large O4W backyard.  The hens have free range of grass, sunlight, bugs, and a supplemental feed by Countryside Naturals which is organic, non-GMO, and soy-free.   His flock is a mix of Barred Rocks, Araucanas, Rhode Island reds & whites, Leghorns, and Orpingtons so these eggs are a variety pack of colors.  Nutrient-desnse AND beautiful!

Please return mason jars in order to keep packaging costs down, they will be sanitized before re-use.  Egg cartons are also helpful if they're clean enough to be re-used.  Thank you!
