*Chicken & Black Bean Burrito Bowl Filling

Local & pastured shredded chicken, slow simmered in homemade chicken stock with organic tomatoes, organic traditionally soaked black & pinto beans, organic rice, organic onions, organic garlic, organic cilantro, organic corn, organic green onions, organic cumin, organic oregano, celtic sea salt, and freshly ground organic black pepper.  This Burrito filling is great on it's own served in bowls or can be used in flour or corn tortillas.  Optional topping ideas include shredded cheese, lettuce, sour cream, salsa, and/or avocado.

French Onion Soup

Caramelized organic onions, sherry, red wine vinegar, Gruyere cheese, and toasted organic baguette slices.  

Please note before ordering:  The french onion soup will be delivered in a mason jar, with cheese and baguette slices on the side.  You will need small oven-safe ramekins or small pyrex dishes to pour the soup into and then top the soup with bread and cheese.  You'll then broil the soup in your oven for 5 minutes until bubbly and serve hot.  The assembly and finishing instructions are easy, but it's necessary to have some oven safe bowls at home.

*Bo Kho (Vietnamese Beef Stew)


Carlton Farms grass-fed chuck roast and brisket simmered in homemade beef broth with organic onions, organic carrots, organic tomatoes, Madras curry powder, organic applesauce, Red Boat brand fermented fish sauce, lemongrass, star anise, organic bay leaves, organic garlic, celtic sea salt, and organic pepper.  Paleo and Whole 30 approved. Serve over rice if desired.

*Chicken Salad with Smoked Chicken

Smoked local & pastured chicken (white and dark meat), homemade organic mayo (organic lemon juice, organic sunflower oil, organic olive oil, organic egg yolk, dijon mustard, celtic sea salt) mixed with sliced almonds, organic celery, organic grapes, organic scallions, organic dill, organic cilantro, organic toasted sesame oil, celtic sea salt, and organic freshly ground black pepper.

Would you like to add vegetable side dishes to your TPK entree?  Now you can choose from pints of organic buttered peas, organic buttered corn, buttered baby lima beans, or organic cooked baby carrots.  Kerrygold grass-fed butter, celtic sea salt.

Please return mason jars in order to keep packaging costs down, they will be sanitized before re-use.  Egg cartons are also helpful if they're clean enough to be re-used.  Thank you!
