Changes Happening in The Provision Kitchen!

The Provision Kitchen!

Great news!  Due to popular demand, The Provision Kitchen is switching to a Tuesday delivery schedule as well as widening your variety of meal options on a weekly basis.  In order to be able to offer several additional meal options (to include more Gluten-Free, Paleo, and Whole 30 approved) and earlier weekly deliveries, the majority of meals will now be frozen options, with at least one "fresh" option every week.  Of course all meals are still made from scratch with the same high-quality local and organic ingredients that we've always used, but the frozen meals will allow you to keep meals on hand for longer, and just pull them out to thaw whenever you're ready for them.  And if you have a favorite TPK meal, now you can stock up as soon as you see it listed.

A few other changes are coming as well.   Within the next month, TPK will be launching an online ordering system to make placing your TPK orders fast and convenient.  All ingredients will still be individually listed and packaging will remain primarily in glass mason jars (with the exception of breakfast casseroles, enchiladas, pot pies, and the like).  Due to the availability of sizing options for freezer-safe glass jars, frozen meals will be available in Pint and "3-cup" sizes only.  Prices will be adjusted to reflect the decrease from Quarts (1 Qt = 4 cups) to "3-cups," and customers who are used to purchasing Quarts can now opt to purchase the "3cup+1Pint" (5 cups total) for the same value as previously priced Quarts.  More for less!  

Organic vegetable pints, organic white & brown rice, ferments, kvass, kefir, eggs, and all other "TPK Staples" will be available as always (never frozen).  Chicken & Beef Bone Broths will also be regularly available.   Frozen meals will be updated according to stock and availability.  So while some items may sell out before the Friday order deadlines, new meal offerings will also be added throughout the week.  

Please bear with us during this transition period while we work on getting the website up & running with a wide variety of frozen meals in stock.  In appreciation for your patience and continued support, I'd like to offer all customers $10 their first order containing at least one frozen meal ($50 minimum delivery applies/no minimum for pick-ups) from now through May 17th.
