*Beef & Pork Chili with Kidney Beans

Carlton farms grass-fed ground beef and local, pastured ground pork with organic, traditionally soaked kidney beans, organic tomato puree, organic onions, organic garlic, organic bell peppers, and organic spices (chili powder, cumin, oregano, black pepper, and celtic sea salt), slow simmered in grass-fed homemade organic beef bone broth.

Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup

Wild, organic mushrooms (baby portobellos, crimini, shitake, and oyster mushrooms) with organic thyme, organic onions, organic garlic, organic celery, organic garlic, organic cayenne, brandy, organic, grass fed butter, homemade chicken stock, organic, grass-fed cream, celtic sea salt, and organic fresh ground pepper.

Chicken Noodle Soup

Local & pastured chicken, homemade chicken broth, Reame's egg noodles, organic carrots, organic onions, organic celery, organic garlic, organic thyme, Kerrygold grass-fed butter, grass-fed cream, celtic sea salt, and organic black pepper.

*Madras Curry Stir Fry with Cabbage, shredded Brussels, and (your choice of) Beef, Pork, or Mixed Beef & Pork

Choose between Carlton Farms grass-fed ground beef, local & pastured pork, or a mix of the two.  The ground meat is stir-fried in grass-fed organic ghee with organic onions, organic garlic, madras curry powder, organic cabbage, shredded brussels sprouts, celtic sea salt, and organic freshly ground pepper.  Paleo and Whole 30 approved.  Flavorful but not spicy.  Also great served over rice and/or with peas.

Brunch Enchiladas

Organic, local & pastured eggs, organic non-homogenized grass-fed heavy cream, organic raw cheddar cheese, Carlton Farms breakfast sausage, home-cured local & pastured bacon, organic green onions, organic green bell peppers, organic sour cream, celtic sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper wrapped in organic flour tortillas, and covered in organic raw cheddar cheese.

Would you like to add vegetable side dishes to your TPK entree?  Now you can choose from pints of organic buttered peas, organic buttered corn, buttered baby lima beans, or organic cooked baby carrots.  Kerrygold grass-fed butter, celtic sea salt.

Please return mason jars in order to keep packaging costs down, they will be sanitized before re-use.  Egg cartons are also helpful if they're clean enough to be re-used.  Thank you!
