Our bees are doing extremely well and the population is growing. We love getting honey from them and letting kids visit our see through hive to learn about bees! We're also repairing fences and updating things around the farm! If you are ever interested in volunteering for a day we'd love to hear from you!
I've been talking alot lately about the ancient fermented drink known as Kombucha. This tea aids in detoxification, joint care and it aids in digestion and a healthy gut. Kombucha tea (aka KT, bucha, or booch for short) is a cultured/fermented drink made with sugar and black tea. It can also be combined with green and/or white tea. KT has been around for centuries. It's easy to make yourself and you can read all about it and get instructions on how to make it on our blog.
