Body's Super Amino ~ Happy Father's Day
Red Letter Discount Code Weekend ~ Kelley Herring writes about Glutamine Your Body's Super Amino Acid ~ Whole Milk Benefits from Dr. Sears
Father's Day was first celebrated in Spokane, Washington, on June 19, 1910. It began when Sonora Smart Dodd, after hearing a Mother's Day sermon, wanted to honor her father, William Jackson Smart. William was a civil war veteran and single parent who raised his six children following his wife's death. In 1913, a Congressional bill was first introduced to officially recognize Father's Day as a National holiday. It took nearly 60 years, but in 1972 President Richard Nixon signed a bill into law and Father's Day became an official National holiday.
It was worth the wait, and to all the Dads reading this today we wish you a very Happy Father's Day!

New research reveals that the well-intentioned but unfortunately misguided, low-fat dietary advice that has been a recommendation for years by mainstream medicine is actually one of the causes of the world's fastest-growing health epidemics.
"After contacting customer service before ordering I got all my questions and concerned answered~ I didn't get representative's name but they were awesome. Ordered Wednesday and was surprised when my order showed up Thursday! Loved it as I thought it wouldn't get here till the following week.
Just wanted to let you know I tried the meat that night- fantastic product (ground beef). Completely blown away by price quality shipping. I have over 40 years in food services in all areas and have to say you're at the top of those I have dealt with.

Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body. It is also considered 'non-essential' - but don't let that term fool you. It just means that your body can produce this compound itself. It is not 'essential' in that it comes from your diet.
The reality is that glutamine is incredibly essential...
"The shrimp has the perfect bite from the lime juice + zest + rum (alcohol mostly cooks off but can be left out if preferred), which gets balanced with sweet coconut sugar and honey, and at the last moment it all dances around with some fresh mint leaves."
Even though this recipe is pretty simple, Allyson Meyler claims it as one of her favorites that she has created for her blog, Reclaming Yesterday.
