FTCLDF: Keeping Farmers like the Brabos in Business Since 2007

Here's How We Help - Annual Appeal 2016

Mike and Carol Brabo, Vesterbrook Farm

We strive to keep our farmer members out of harm's way, to keep them legal and in business so that they can continue to provide pasture-raised eggs, sustainably grown produce, and products from animals that have lived outdoors, as nature intended.

Mike and Carol Brabo started Vesterbrook Farm CSA, a small operation in Missouri, to provide a source of food for their community and vitality for themselves after a bout with cancer.

According to Mike, here's how we helped:

"The Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund has been an invaluable source of assistance to our organic farm in the areas of direct-sales, spray-drift, and staff issues. I can't imagine facing the daunting task of establishing a successful farm without the valuable assistance I received from John Moody [FTCLDF Executive Director] as part of our membership."

Help small farmers like the Brabos and Donate Today. When you donate $100 or $150 now during our Annual Appeal, you'll even get one of these inspiring gifts
