  • USWM and all FedEx offices are closed Monday December 26th in observance of the Christmas holiday.
  • All orders placed after 10:00am CST today (12/21) will begin shipping on Tuesday, December 27th.
We received a sleigh load of restocks this week including some items that would look great on your table for New Year's: Pork Tenderloin, Wild Alaskan Halibut, and a new product Atlantic Sea Scallops.

During this time of year, it's almost impossible to completely stay away from holiday treats and big meals. Luckily, Scott Mendelson provides some encouraging ways to exercise and eat more intentionally to keep us from getting too far off track over the next couple weeks.

Scott~ My husband and I both plan to eat more than usual over Christmas and the New Year.  We would like to keep training during December and to use whatever nutrition tricks you have to limit the body fat gains.  Last year I gained 10 pounds and my husband put on 14 between Thanksgiving and the New Year which took us forever to take off.  What should we do to lose body fat at the start of the year?

"Love Organ Meat"

"Never thought I'd say that but it's true.  Just one guy here, me, small freezer, stock up once or twice a month, been doing it this way a couple years now.  All my meat is organ meat with the occasional ground beef.  Actually caught my mouth watering over the looks of your Beef Liver picture online store placing my order today (is that sick or healthy?!).  I'm hooked on this meat.  I buy the Liver, Heart, and Kidneys of Beef, Lamb, and Bison, all from US Wellness of course.  I thaw each package once, use scissors to cut into bite-sized morsels, fill 6oz dishes, then refreeze.  Every day's dinner is built around a dish of this meat.  I'm not much of a cook but you don't have to be with these meats.  2-3 years of this and I am still amazed at how good my dinners taste.  If healthy eating tasted this good I think we'd all be doing it."

Our cattle grazing in Baldwin County Alabama. While the fall has been a bit dry, the salad bar is beginning to flourish as the days get longer post-solstice. Every increase in daylight brings more growth and lush flavor into the plant leaves our cattle convert to energy.

Happy South Alabama cattle in perfect early winter grass after copious amounts of rain the past 3 weeks. Mother Nature is making up for lost time with Christmas season rains.

  • All orders must weigh at least 7 pounds in order to ship, to ensure everything stays frozen during transit.
  • $75 minimum purchase requirement, since we have built the cost of shipping into the price of each product.
  • You will never be charged extra for shipping.
  • There is a $7.50 handling fee upon checkout.
  • The South Carolina Chicken Bundles, BBQ Sauce, produce and cookbooks ship from separate locations, so they are not included in the 7 lb weight minimum.  The shopping cart will keep track and remind you if your order is under the 7 lb limit.   
Weight Discount
  • Receive a $25 discount for every 40 pounds you order. This offer excludes items that ship separate such as the South Carolina Chicken, produce and fresh bundles.
