Your child will think like a scientist as they discover the awesome earthworm and how its life creates the perfect soil for seeds and plants while playing in the dirt. Then they will spend time in our garden and greenhouse finding out how gardening is not just a summer activity. We will learn how seeds can be started indoors at this time of year and how children can help with the garden. Children will also take their very own worm farm and seedling to grow at home! Our campers will also learn cool facts about pollinators from the resident honey bees at Rancho Alegre Farm from our beekeeper and how important they are to a garden. Your children can even sample some of their delicious honey.
