I cooked them low and slow on indirect heat with a smoker box in my Weber gas grill for a couple of hours; they were very delicious with only a rub, no sauce. I don't like ribs cooked down to mush and falling off the bone, just really tender and these were worth the splurge to me. I'm back for more today!"
