A FREE Fermentation workshop - just for you!


So here's the scoop: the fine folks of Wrecking Bar are hosting Brewed Food: Industry Tasting Workshop at Wrecking Bar Brewpub on Monday, June 5th from 2:30 to 4:00pm! The event is free and was only open to industry folks - until we were able to extend the invitation to you!! Join us Monday to explore the flavor dynamics between brewing, fermentation and food. 

Hitting the road on a national tour Chef and Certified Cicerone Jensen Cummings will lead guests in an interactive workshop/tasting that features some of the following foods made using brewing techniques and ingredients in innovative new ways being developed in Brewed Food's Denver based Food Lab:

Malted Bacon
Nukazuke Radish
Barrel Aged Hoisin
Grain Soy
Lop Cheong
Mix-Culture Kimchi

We'll challenge many preconceived notions of pairings as well and see how the above foods play with three Wrecking Bar beers and four beers from New Belgium including 2016 La Folie.
