This week at RFAM, we have Boot Camp at 8:30am with SFX, and a special Watermelon Eating Contest!
Watermelon Eating Contest: Participants of all ages - come try your best to devour our fresh local watermelons! Sign up at 10:45, and participate at 11am. Melons will also be available for tasting and sale. Thank you to the Cherokee County Farm Bureau for their supplies and help. Free to participate, summer fun for all!
Boot Camp Details: This (weather-permitting) hour-long class starts at 8:30 AM, bright and early. Ages 13 and up (minors must be accompanied by a guardian). Please bring water, towel, a positive attitude. Mats aren't required but are helpful.
Available this week:
Arugula, Bell and Carmen and Banana peppers, beans, broccoli, cucumbers, eggplant, herbs, kale, radishes, tomatoes for slicing and eating and sauce, potatoes, turnips, tatsoi, zucchini.
Live plants including: Basil, Mint, Lavender, Geranium, Elephant Ears, Purple heart, Rudbeckia and much more.
Bacon, beef, chicken, duck, eggs, pork cuts, shrimp, and sausage.
Baked goods, farm fresh flowers, honey, dog treats, fresh juice, and much more....
