What Makes Clark's Stand Out:
"We enjoy selling everything we bring to the market. Growing different types of vegetables from Asia is what makes our vegetables unique.
We grow: bush beans, pole beans, long beans, carrot, kale, Asian collard greens, cilantro, green onions, sweet onion, potatoes, tomatoes, cucumber, zucchini, summer squash, cherry tomatoes, beets, eggplant, muscadine, Asian pear, cut flowers, arugula, mini bell pepper, and hot pepper.
"I grew up on a family farm in St. Paul, Minnesota. I sold vegetables at the St. Paul farmers market throughout my childhood. Farming is something I love and enjoy doing.
As of 2005, my husband and I moved to Georgia. I started my own farm in 2006. We started with 2 acres, and have since grown to a 10 acre farm."
