St. Peter's Anglican Church & Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee
You can find this free coffee booth on the lower lot side of the market, in between the Flour Artisan and Arts Center West.
"For us, Saturdays are an opportunity to be a part of the community and share a cup of coffee."
The Church buys the coffee from Land of a Thousand Hills to give away at RFAM. They accept donations that support their mission activities in Rwanda, where the coffee is grown. The beans are imported from Africa and roasted right here in Roswell. St. Peter's also gives away coffee during Lazarus' Health Day, which serves the homeless community of Atlanta.
Land of a Thousand Hills practices "Collaborative Trade" with their coffee growers. They define this thusly: "What distinguishes our model from others is that we do not see the coffee farmers as simply suppliers, and they do not see us as simply buyers. For us, we are all essentially colleagues, working in a collaborative effort to provide coffee drinkers with the best cup that we can."
