Atlanta Real Food is run by the Atlanta area chapter leaders of The Weston A. Price Foundation. Here you will find the latest news from local farmers, get information on how to properly prepare real foods, and stay up to date on local events.
Reminder that next Saturday, October 14th, RFAM is canceled. We aren't running due to the Roswell Youth Day Parade that will take up much of the streets that are relevant to the market.
KIDS TENT: We're delighted to host Bach to Rock in our kids tent this Saturday! They will have Halloween coloring sheets, instrument petting zoo, prize wheel and possibly a drum circle.
This week, enjoy YOGA at 10am on the City Hall circular lawn. All ages, weather-permitting, BYO water and mat (if possible). Roswell Yoga Life is now Live UR Yoga, a studio run by the accomplished Tracy Jennings-Hill. A member of the Air Force for over 20 years, Tracy found herself with injury-related sciatic pain. She pursued a healthy lifestyle and mind-body connection through yoga - and now we are very lucky to have her grace us with free classes on Saturday mornings!!

Local Soaps: Indigo Bath & Body is owned by Jenn and Melissa, chemist/soap maker and farmer/beekeeper, respectively! "We love incorporating fresh, local produce and ingredients into our skincare products. Our local partnerships with other farmers and artisans help grow our community!"
Indigo products extend far beyond soap: bath salts and bombs, beard oil and facial toner, lip balm, dog-friendly soap, and heat muscle therapy balm (a favorite of the RFAM manager).
Certified Naturally Grown? "Yes! Indigo practices CNG on our farm, and we only use sustainable ingredients."
Indigo History: "Indigo began officially in 2001, and we were a founding member of the RFAM. Our new farm in Marietta includes our workshop and warehouse as well. Ari joined the Indigo family this year and is a key part of our success!"
Biggest lesson learned: "To wear our bee suit at all times when handling the bees. :) "
