"I kept re-reading the ingredient list after baking because I could not believe that this was grain free.... So good and easy to make... Did not really rise so was extremely dense but wonderful flavor. I cooked it on a pizza stone over parchment paper and got 2 extremely crusty loaves. Great as avocado toast still warm from the oven!"
These crisp and tender spiced duck wings make for flavorful game day munching!
Looking for a twist on the same old chicken wings? Try duck wings instead! Duck meat is darker and richer than chicken. The rolling hills along the Illinois River make for excellent grazing on deep, rich wind blown soils from eons ago. These cattle are enjoying happy grazing on well-rested fall forage.
Same pasture on a different slope with late afternoon grazing in full swing as we approach the shortest days of year. Even when the first snow arrives, these cattle will still be able to find a nutritious meal under the snow cover.
