Dates for Farm Adventure Day and Summer Camps Announced!

Come enjoy the day off of school and learn with us at Alegre Farm!
Farm Camp is specifically developed for kids wanting to experience life on the farm. Campers will learn through hands-on lessons in our gardens and with our farm animals. Come spend the morning at Alegre farm!

Campers will:
Take a Hay Ride
Learn About Gardening and Composting
Learn about Honeybees
Groom a Pony
Feed and Pet the Animals

Ages: All ages - Parents with children under the age of 5 must attend camp with their child.

Time: 9:00 - 12:00

Cost: $20 per camper $10 per parent

Perfect for daycares, playgroups, homeschoolers and more!

Time: 9:45 - 11:30
Cost: $8 per person

Calling all small daycares and private groups with fewer than 18 participants (Playgroups, Mom & Me, Homeschoolers, Church, etc)! We have a special date for you to come learn with us this Spring at a reduced rate (no $150 minimum). Book your group now to join us on Tuesday, March 6 for small group discount day. Your group will experience life on a real working farm! We have six hands-on stations for students to learn about garden and animal care. You are welcome to bring your lunch and eat at one of our covered pavilions after your field trip. Tony Gober our amazing Gardening Guru is teaching a class at the Gwinnett Tech Learn In Farm in March! His Planting your Spring Vegetable Garden will teach you all about soil preparation and the best way to plant for true garden success!

We have partnered up with Barker Farms from Gray, GA to provide pastured eggs from chickens fed organic/no-soy feed and grass-fed raw milk from Jersey cows under their Pet License.

Here is how to order and pick up:

We need to have a committed 25 gallons per week to get delivery. All orders must be placed by Wednesday at 10:00am that weeks delivery.

Raw Milk Pricing:
$9 per gallon
Prepay for the month and receive $1 off per bottle ($8.00 per bottle) with a minimum of one bottle per week.
Half gallons are by special request only for $5.00

Egg Pricing:
$6.00 per dozen
Prepay for the month and receive $1 off per doz ($5.00 per dozen) with a minimum order of one dozen per week.

Delivery will be on Thursdays.
