Scott Mendelson- Fasting The Right Way For Accelerated Fat Loss & High Energy Levels
"I love all UWM's briskets but I hadn't tried this one. I cook all their briskets the same way. I put the brisket, fat side up, in a cast iron skillet and then season it (but I didn't season this corned beef one since UWM already did that perfectly) as desired. Then I put a bit of water in the pan and cover with lid. I place the covered pan into the oven at 250 degrees for hours until it falls apart with a fork. I cooked this one for 5 hours today and it was so incredibly tender and so yummy! I will be ordering more of these. YUM!"

Thanks to our friends Hayley and Bill at Primal Palate for sharing their recipe. They've created some amazing organic spice blends that everyone needs in their kitchen.

of gulf coast humidity in the first hours of light in Baldwin County, Alabama. This pasture is in peak condition. These very content cattle are working through the
first grazing cycle of the day.
Perfect conditions are reflected by the
these cattle showing excellent body condition scores in early March. Conditions only get better as solar energy continually adds more power to the grass through April.
