No-knead Rye Sourdough
No-knead, as a trend, may have died down a bit in recent years, but we still love it! If you have a cultured kitchen bucket list, no-knead bread should definitely be on it, right after homemade tempeh and jun tea.
Peachy No-knead Loaf
Easy No-Knead Whole Wheat Peachy Almond Loaf
 
INGREDIENTS:

3 cups finely ground whole wheat flour
2 cups cultured buttermilk
3 eggs
1/4 cup lard or other fat
2 Tbsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/3 cup honey
1 cup peach preserves
1 cup chopped almonds
1/2 tsp. vanilla
MAKE RECIPE
No-knead Rye Sourdough
No-Knead Rye Sourdough Loaf
 
In general, the less rye dough is handled, the better the final outcome, making the no-knead method perfect for rye.
INGREDIENTS:

1/3 cup rye sourdough starter
1 1/4 - 1 1/2 cups water
2 1/2 cups rye flour
1 tsp. sea salt
