Congratulations to Nico and Dulce on their beautiful baby girl!
What could be more exciting for owners of Alegre Farm, Pilar and Juan, to become grandparents over the Memorial Day weekend! Their eldest son, Nico and his wife, Dulce, are excited as they start their journey into parenthood with a beautiful girl, Sofia!

We have a solution: Summer in the Vegetable Garden
Join upcoming workshop series, Summer in the Vegetable Garden, with Tony Gobert, an 8th generation farmer and lead instructor of the Sustainable Urban Agriculture program at Gwinnett Technical College. He'll teach you how to produce high yields in your garden all summer and will build your confidence to know when it's the best time to harvest to get peak flavor. This is a four week series with two hour sessions on June 7, 14, 21, and 28, for only $79.00 (plus tax and processing fees).

This week of summer camp has started off great with beautiful weather. The children have come with excitement to see the animals, learn, and have fun. We are grateful that you have trusted us to ensure that your child is having a good time while in good hands!
Due to your continuous requests, we have added more staff to open more spots for your children
If you have considered sending your child here, please do not delay as we cannot open anymore spots beyond our recent changes. The remaining dates available are: 6/18-6/20: 9 spots opened 7/9-7/11: 1 spot remains
You are invited to join us for a family fun tour of the farm and a visit to our hands-on, educational stations. Come see how we garden naturally and take care of our animals. You will learn about worm composting, tour our Summer garden, groom one of our ponies, care for our goats, feed our animals and take a hayride around our 15-acre farm.
You are welcome to bring your lunch from home to eat at one of our covered pavilions. You can sign up for pony rides for $5 on the day of the event (weather permitting).
