You Luck Dog Rescue believes it is their moral responsibility to save, protect, and improve the lives of these dogs through the help of committed volunteers, foster homes, donors, local veterinarians, and trainers. They strive to re-introduce these dogs to society, assess their individual needs, and provide them with a loving temporary home while matching them with only the best, carefully screened forever homes.

You Lucky Dog Rescue is committed not only to rescuing dogs from shelters but also making sure they receive the utmost quality of veterinary care before being adopting into a forever home. In addition, You Lucky Dog Rescue provides training for dogs that require help in adjusting to life off of the streets or outside of a shelter. You Lucky Dog Rescue has never shied away from taking in special needs cases such as heartworm disease, injuries requiring orthopedic surgeries or skin conditions including the treatment of mange.

Stop by and meet some of the lucky dogs up for adoption!

Kids Boost is a non-profit organization designed to empower kids to give back to the world. Kids Boost helps children (ages 8-14) use their gifts, talents and passions to raise money for a charity of their choice. Every Kids Boost participant receives $100 start-up funds, a one-on-one coach and resources to help them with their project.  Throughout the project, the child will become a philanthropist and social entrepreneur, while learning important lessons in money management, civil engagement and communication. And don't forget the best part...all of this is done in way that's fun for the child. Once the Kids Booster has completed the project, he or she will get the honor of presenting a check to the organization of their choice. 80% of the total funds raised goes directly to the charity of choice while 20% goes back to Kids Boost to allow another child to start their Kids Boost project. So as you can see, Kids Boost is a cycle of giving that allows kids to learn the power of giving back at an early age. Together, we can impact the lives of children while also raising money and awareness for non-profit organizations in the community.

Trey is 9 years old and has chosen to raise money for Be The Match because his uncle is currently going through a bone marrow transplant. His uncle's favorite candy is swedish fish and so he is calling the "candy shop" Swedish Fish for Chris.  He is so passionate and hopes to make a difference in this world at such a young age!

Please consider donating to Trey's Cause and helping him learn a very important life lesson of giving.
