"So tender! I have bought this stew meat several times. I usually use it in the crockpot for making beef stew. It always comes out delicious and so very tender. The small pieces are perfect!"
~Christine M. of Decatur, IL
"Stew was the best! I tried it
last night and my family didn't talk at dinner, except a few grunts. For about 10 minutes there was no talking, just eating. That's the sign that they LOVE what they are eating. I'm 60 years old, been cooking since I was 10, I've never seen such stew meat that is so beautiful! Not all grizzle and fat. Bravo!!! I'm back for more!"
Kabobs (or Kebabs) make a simply irresistible meal complete with helpings of protein, veggies, and fruit. Kabobs are versatile too, add grass-fed beef chunks, chicken, lamb or a combination. Shrimp also makes a great addition to the skewer.

These content grazers are enjoying round two on a 12 species mixture planted in early June. This paddock has been in rest for over 40 days and offers a great salad bar selection. The more species of plants to choose from the better these cattle graze.
